RETURN POLICY

  • Due to the type of products that we sell, returns are prohibited but exchanges are permitted on UNOPENED hair extensions once the products are returned within 72hours of recorded receipt. All returns must be in its original packaging and seals must remain intact.  

  • Exchanges can be made on products of an equal value. If an exchange is made for a product of lesser value, store credit would be awarded.

  • Customers would incur the full cost of shipping for returned/exchanged goods therefore we advice that you used a tracked courier service as we are not responsible for any lost items.

  • CUSTOM UNITS AND COLOURED HAIR SUCH AS OMBRE, DYED OR BLEACH HAIR CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!

  • For Returns/ Exchanges, please contact us during business hours (Monday-Friday, 0800-1600 GMT) within 72 hours of recorded receipt.
